Radial Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (rESWT), or Radial Pulse Therapy, is an FDA cleared, highly advanced, non-invasive treatment method, that uses innovative technology to treat chronic soft tissue pain. It is proven to accelerate the healing process by causing damaged tissue to gradually regenerate.

It is used to treat such conditions as plantar fasciitis, achilles tendinitis, shin splints, foot wounds, and more. The ballistic sound waves of enPuls, our Radial Pulse Therapy device, penetrate deep through your soft tissue, causing a microtrauma or new inflammatory condition to the treated area. The energy emitted causes the cells in the soft tissue to release certain biochemicals that intensify your body’s natural healing response.

Treatments are administered once a week for 4 to 6 weeks. Each treatment takes approximately 5 minutes, varying based on the size and number of areas being treated. You may experience minor discomfort during treatment. You may feel soreness in the treated area for a day or two after treatment, similar to a strenuous workout. In rare cases, bruising may occur.

Radial Pulse Therapy has a proven success rate equal to or greater than that of traditional treatment methods, including surgery, without the risks, complications, and lengthy recovery periods. It is not covered by insurance, however, has shown to yield results in less time and is, ultimately, less costly than the total cost of traditional treatments.
